TrackWallet
Phantom wallet tracker
Phantom started as the Solana wallet and grew into a multi-chain one, which makes tracking it a question of addresses rather than apps. Each network in Phantom has its own public address, and each of those addresses is readable without opening the wallet.

TrueHold reads them all: the Solana side with tokens, staking and NFT floor values, the EVM side across Ethereum, Polygon and Base, and the Bitcoin side from the bc1 address. Sui is the one Phantom network TrueHold does not read yet, and the page says so rather than pretending.
How it connects
- 01
Copy the addresses
Phantom keeps one address per network. Copy the Solana address first; the Ethereum, Polygon, Base and Bitcoin ones are under the same account.
- 02
Paste each into TrueHold
Every format is detected automatically: base58 for Solana, 0x for the EVM chains, bc1 for Bitcoin. No connect prompt, no signature.
- 03
Watch it assemble
SOL, SPL tokens, stake accounts and NFTs join the EVM and Bitcoin sides in one wallet view and one portfolio total.
What you will see
- Solana in full
- SOL, SPL tokens at real prices, stake accounts counted into the SOL position, NFTs at Magic Eden floor.
- EVM and Bitcoin too
- The 0x address covers Ethereum, Polygon and Base; the bc1 address is read as a normal Bitcoin wallet.
- Spam filtered
- Airdropped junk tokens and dust are kept out of the total instead of inflating it.
- Nothing to approve
- Read-only from the address means no transaction, no signature and no permission ever leaves Phantom.
Questions people ask
Solana, the EVM chains Phantom supports (Ethereum, Polygon, Base) and Bitcoin. Sui is not read yet.
No. Copy the address from the account menu and paste it. TrueHold never requests a wallet session or a signature.
Yes, valued at floor price and marked as floor, so the total does not lean on optimistic listings.
Yes. Pasting addresses and seeing balances, history and PnL costs nothing. Premium exists for the extras, tax-ready CSV exports above all, and nothing about plain tracking sits behind it.
Continuously. TrueHold re-reads each address on a rolling schedule, so on-chain moves appear within minutes and valuations follow live prices in between.
Paste them all. Each address is read separately and totalled together, which is how most real setups look once a wallet has been in use for a while.
Only what you paste: public addresses and the public data behind them. No name is attached to an address, and there is nothing to breach that the chain does not already publish.
