TrackChain
Gnosis Chain portfolio tracker
Gnosis Chain is an EVM chain, chain ID 100, that pays gas in xDAI, a token bridged from DAI. It has found a second life under the Gnosis Pay card: each card account is a Safe smart account on Gnosis Chain, holding EURe, GBPe or USDCe depending on the country the card is issued for.

Gnosis Chainin TrueHold
TrueHold reads both kinds of address. A regular wallet is read from its 0x address with the rest of the EVM family; a Gnosis Pay Safe is read from the Safeโs own address, so the money you spend by card sits in the same total as the money you hold, with DeFi positions and NFTs decoded where they exist.
How it connects
- 01
Copy the address
A regular wallet uses the same 0x address as on Ethereum. For a Gnosis Pay card, copy the address of the Safe account the card spends from.
- 02
Paste it into TrueHold
Gnosis Chain is read from public data along with the rest of the EVM family. Nothing connects and nothing is signed.
- 03
See it in the total
xDAI, GNO, stablecoins and DeFi positions on Gnosis Chain next to Ethereum, the L2s and your exchanges.
What you will see
- xDAI, GNO and stablecoins
- The gas token, GNO and euro, pound and dollar tokens, priced at market.
- Gnosis Pay Safe by address
- The card account is public chain data, read like any other address.
- DeFi positions decoded
- Lending, liquidity and staking positions on Gnosis Chain labelled by protocol.
- One total across chains
- Gnosis Chain next to Ethereum, the L2s and your exchange accounts.
Questions people ask
Paste the address of the Safe account behind the card. Gnosis Pay keeps each card account as a Safe on Gnosis Chain, so its EURe, GBPe or USDCe balance is public chain data that TrueHold reads like any other address.
For a regular wallet, yes: Gnosis Chain uses the same 0x addresses. A Safe has its own address, so paste that one for the Safe.
The native gas token of Gnosis Chain, bridged from DAI and designed to track a dollar. It is priced at its market value like any other stablecoin.
Yes. Pasting addresses and seeing balances, history and PnL costs nothing. Premium exists for the extras, tax-ready CSV exports above all, and nothing about plain tracking sits behind it.
Continuously. TrueHold re-reads each address on a rolling schedule, so on-chain moves appear within minutes and valuations follow live prices in between.
Paste them all. Each address is read separately and totalled together, which is how most real setups look once a wallet has been in use for a while.
Your sign-in details, the addresses you paste and the public data behind them. TrueHold does not try to work out who owns an address, and an address gives no control over funds. The privacy policy lists what is collected.

Gnosis Chain is one source among many. The portfolio tracker reads wallets by address and exchange accounts through keys that can only read, then totals them in one view.
Your whole portfolio, one view
Gnosis Chain is one piece. TrueHold is the portfolio tracker that puts your wallets, exchanges and perps into one total, with honest PnL.
