This page explains what TrueHold ("TrueHold", "we", "us") is and, just as importantly, what it is not. It applies to www.truehold.xyz, app.truehold.xyz, our blog, glossary and every other page we publish (together, the "Services").

No financial advice

Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or stake any asset, or an offer or solicitation to do so in any jurisdiction. TrueHold displays information about assets you already hold, shows rates and market data published by third parties, and publishes educational content about how crypto works. None of it takes your objectives or circumstances into account. Decisions about your money are yours, and for advice you should talk to a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

Informational tooling, honestly imperfect

TrueHold aggregates data from blockchains, exchanges and third-party providers (price feeds, indexers, metadata services). We work hard on accuracy, and we still cannot guarantee that any balance, price, PnL, cost basis or other figure is complete, current or error-free. Exchanges change APIs, chains reorganize, price sources disagree. Verify independently before acting on any number, especially for taxes or large decisions.

Not a bank, custodian, exchange or broker

TrueHold is a financial technology company. It is not a bank, payment or e-money institution, custodian, exchange, broker, dealer or investment adviser, and it is not authorised or regulated as one. We never hold or control your assets: the portfolio tracker is built to be read-only, has no function that executes trades or withdrawals, and asks only for public addresses and for exchange API keys without trade or withdrawal permissions. Keeping those permissions off a key is in your hands; where an exchange lets us check them, we reject keys that carry more. No fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Services.

Products in development

The non-custodial card, IBAN accounts and any other feature described as in development, planned or coming are not available today. What we say about them describes our plans. Plans change: features, timing, countries, fees and partners may differ from what is described, and a product may never launch. Card and IBAN services are provided by licensed third parties under their own terms. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract or a right to any product.

Crypto is risky

Digital assets are volatile. Prices can go to zero, protocols get exploited, exchanges fail, and transactions are irreversible. Past performance, on your dashboard or anywhere else, does not predict future results. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

Tokenized stocks and market data

The tokenized stocks section is a reference table of public data. TrueHold does not issue, sell, broker, list or recommend tokenized stocks or any other asset, is not affiliated with the issuers shown and is not paid by them. Tokenized stocks are not offered to residents of many countries, including the United States; whether you may hold one is decided by its issuer and by the law where you live. Prices, liquidity and multipliers come from third-party sources and can be delayed or wrong.

Third parties, names and logos

The Services reference and link to third-party sites, protocols and venues. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security or conduct. Names and logos of exchanges, wallets, networks, issuers and other products belong to their owners and appear only to identify what TrueHold can read or what an article discusses. Unless a page says so explicitly, TrueHold is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them, and a link or a logo is not an endorsement.

Comparisons and reviews

Articles that compare TrueHold with other products, or list tools for a job, reflect our reading of each product's public website on the date shown on the page, and our opinion. Products change, so check the vendor's own site before relying on a detail. If something we wrote about your product is wrong or out of date, write to hello@truehold.xyz and we will correct it.

AI agent and calculators

Answers from the AI agent are generated automatically and can be wrong; the AI Agent Terms apply to it. Our calculators return estimates from the numbers you type in, not a statement of what you earned or owe.

Where the Services are not available

The Services are not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone in a place where using them would break the law, or anyone subject to sanctions. Some venues and assets that TrueHold can display are restricted in some countries; showing a position is not a statement that you may hold or trade it.

Educational content

Our blog and glossary explain concepts in plain language. Tax and regulatory treatment differs by country and changes over time; treat those pages as orientation, not as the rules that apply to you.
