Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TrueHold ("TrueHold", "we", "us") governing your use of our websites, including www.truehold.xyz and app.truehold.xyz, and the products and services offered through them (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What the Services are — and are not

TrueHold is a self-custodial, read-only portfolio tracker. It aggregates and displays information about crypto assets you already hold elsewhere: you connect exchange accounts with read-only API keys or provide public wallet addresses, and the Services assemble balances, positions, history and analytics — including AI-assisted summaries and answers — into one view.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Connections you authorize

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Third-party data and services

The Services depend on third parties we do not control: blockchains, exchanges, wallets, and market-data providers. Prices, balances, and analytics may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and third-party outages can interrupt parts of the Services. Portfolio figures — including profit-and-loss and tax-oriented exports — are provided for information only; verify them independently before relying on them, including for tax filings. Your taxes remain your responsibility.

6. Plans and payment

Parts of the Services are free to use; additional features may be offered under paid plans ("Premium"). Prices, billing periods, and included features are presented at the point of purchase. We may change plans or pricing prospectively; changes will not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and content we create, are owned by TrueHold or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services under these Terms. If you send us feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation. Your portfolio data remains yours.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services; where practicable we will give reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 7, and 9–11) survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data displayed will be complete or current. Crypto assets are volatile; you bear all risks of your investment decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueHold will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of assets, arising from or related to the Services — including decisions you make based on information displayed in them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in that period or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify TrueHold against claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Services.

12. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We are actively building: features may change, be added, or be removed. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will post the new version here and update the date above, and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the TrueHold operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction — except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
