Full remote, for real

Every role on this page is remote. We hire for output and judgment, not timezone overlap; a few shared hours a week cover the rest.

Small team, whole problems

Nobody owns a button. You take problems end to end and talk directly to the founders, because there is no one in between.

Read-only is a worldview

We build software that can look but never touch. If “just ask for the keys” sounds like a shortcut instead of an alarm, we will get along.

Own TrueHold’s voice on X and beyond: turn a read-only product and a fast-moving market into posts people actually stop for.

What you’ll do

  • Run the X account end to end: calendar, threads, launches, replies.
  • Turn product releases and blog guides into native social formats.
  • Build visuals on the brand system (the press kit is your toolbox).
  • Watch what resonates and double down; kill what does not.

You bring

  • You have grown a crypto or fintech account and can show it.
  • You write tight English copy and know the difference between honest and hype.
  • You live enough on-chain to never need a glossary.

Middle Backend Engineer

Build the machinery that reads 500+ venues without ever holding a key: TypeScript, Next.js, Prisma, Postgres, and exchange APIs with personalities.

What you’ll do

  • Ship and harden exchange and chain integrations (direct APIs and CCXT).
  • Make balance reconciliation boringly reliable across venues.
  • Own data pipelines from raw venue quirks to one honest portfolio number.
  • Write tests that hit real Postgres, because mock-prod divergence burns.

You bring

  • 2+ years of production TypeScript or Node on the backend.
  • Comfort with SQL, queues and third-party APIs that lie occasionally.
  • Care for correctness: a wrong number shipped fast is still wrong.

Community Manager

Be the human between TrueHold and the people who use it: run the community, close the feedback loop, and make early users feel early.

What you’ll do

  • Build and run our community spaces (Telegram, Discord, X replies).
  • Turn user feedback into clear, prioritized signals for the product team.
  • Help early users succeed: onboarding questions, quirks, workarounds.
  • Organize small campaigns and rituals that keep the room alive.

You bring

  • You have run a crypto community and still like people afterwards.
  • You answer fast, write clearly, and escalate what you cannot solve.
  • You can tell real user pain from noise, and you log both honestly.
