Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They give economic exposure to a listed US stock or ETF but grant no legal or beneficial rights in the underlying share. Robinhood’s earlier EU stock tokens, a MiFID II derivative inside the Robinhood Europe app, are a separate product.
Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, a private limited company incorporated in Jersey (registration no. 162428). The issuer states it is not regulated; it holds certain consents in Jersey, which are not prudential supervision. The tokens are not registered under the US Securities Act and are offered only outside the US. Both statements are compiled from the sources listed on the Robinhood About page and have not been independently verified by TrueHold.
Restricted: United States and US persons; Canada; United Kingdom; Switzerland; Cuba, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, South Sudan, Sudan, Myanmar and Venezuela. Further restrictions are set out in the base prospectus and final terms. Where available, the tokens are bought through Robinhood Wallet or on exchanges. These are the issuer’s published rules; they change, and they can apply wherever the token is acquired.
Robinhood says every token is backed 1:1 by the underlying share, held by a US-based custody partner; if the issuer became insolvent, an independent security agent would sell the shares for token holders. Dividends are reinvested into more shares through a multiplier instead of being paid in cash.
Yes, as ordinary tokens in any wallet TrueHold reads: paste the wallet address and the tokens appear next to everything else you hold. TrueHold does not sell or custody them.
Pools, liquidity and volume are DEX market data and live prices come from a streaming DEX price feed, read by TrueHold's own terminal and rebuilt here every 15 minutes; the catalogue was last read Nov 4, 2026, 18:03 UTC. Issuer facts are compiled, not independently verified, from each issuer's public pages and press reports as of 2026-10-09 and carry a confidence label. Reference information only: not advice, and not an offer to buy or sell any security. TrueHold neither sells nor custodies these tokens and is not affiliated with any issuer; who may hold one is decided by the issuer and by local law, and most are closed to US persons. Figures can be delayed or wrong. See the disclaimer and the glossary entry on tokenization.
