Emails TrueHold sends
Three emails exist: a welcome message, a new-login notice, and a warning when a sync keeps failing. No newsletter, no marketing mail.
TrueHold sends exactly three kinds of email, and each exists for a reason you would want.
- 01Welcome, once, when the account is created.
- 02New login, when the account is signed into from a new device or location, so an unexpected login is not silent.
- 03Sync failure, when an exchange account keeps failing to sync, so a broken or expired key is not discovered weeks later.
There is no product newsletter and no marketing email. Guides are published in the blog and announced on X.

Why a sync failed and what to do
A failed sync usually means a revoked or expired key or an exchange outage. TrueHold retries, emails you if it keeps failing, and lets you re-connect.
Delete your account and data
Account deletion hard-deletes everything you own in TrueHold, from portfolios and keys to sync logs and archived payloads, after a typed confirmation.
