Delete your account and data
Account deletion removes what you own in TrueHold, from portfolios and stored keys to sync logs and archived payloads, after a typed confirmation.
Deletion is permanent. It removes portfolios, wallets, exchange accounts and their stored keys, prediction accounts, manual accounts and transactions, sync logs and archived raw payloads. Security records of the deletion and short-lived backup copies are handled as the privacy policy describes.
Steps
- 01Open Settings and choose to delete the account.
- 02Type DELETE to confirm. The typed confirmation exists so that no accidental request can trigger the cascade.
- 03The deletion starts right away and cannot be undone. Keys on the exchanges are not affected; revoke those on each exchange separately if you want them gone too.
