Delete your account and data
Account deletion hard-deletes everything you own in TrueHold, from portfolios and keys to sync logs and archived payloads, after a typed confirmation.
Deletion is permanent and complete. It removes portfolios, wallets, exchange accounts and their stored keys, prediction accounts, manual accounts and transactions, sync logs and archived raw payloads. Nothing is retained for later.
Steps
- 01Open Settings and choose to delete the account.
- 02Type DELETE to confirm. The typed confirmation exists so that no accidental request can trigger the cascade.
- 03The deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone. Keys on the exchanges are not affected; revoke those on each exchange separately if you want them gone too.

Keys are read-only, validated before storing and encrypted at rest. They cannot trade or withdraw; revoking one on the exchange ends access at once.
Export your data
Analytics cards export to CSV directly from the browser; nothing about the rows is sent anywhere. Tax-ready exports are the Premium feature.
