What the issuer says the token is
Each token is a certificate over the underlying shares, one share per token at issue, not a synthetic derivative. Shares are bought and custodied by Alpaca Securities LLC, an SEC-registered broker-dealer, in segregated accounts; the issuing SPV holds them as bare trustee for token holders under a deed of trust. Tokens use the B20 standard, an ERC-20-compatible format on Base, and carry a transfer-restriction control that the issuer can enforce. Cash dividends are not paid out: they are converted into more shares, which raises how many shares each token redeems for (an onchain multiplier). Voting arrangements are set by each offering’s prospectus.
Backing, as stated by the issuer. The underlying shares, bought and held by Alpaca Securities LLC in segregated, bankruptcy-remote custody: one share per token at issue, rising as dividends are reinvested.

Yes, as ordinary tokens in any wallet TrueHold reads: paste the wallet address and the tokens appear next to everything else you hold. TrueHold does not sell or custody them.
Pools, liquidity and volume are DEX market data and live prices come from a streaming DEX price feed, read by TrueHold's own terminal and rebuilt here every 15 minutes; the catalogue was last read Nov 4, 2026, 13:01 UTC. Issuer facts are compiled, not independently verified, from each issuer's public pages and press reports as of 2026-10-09 and carry a confidence label. Reference information only: not advice, and not an offer to buy or sell any security. TrueHold neither sells nor custodies these tokens and is not affiliated with any issuer; who may hold one is decided by the issuer and by local law, and most are closed to US persons. Figures can be delayed or wrong. See the disclaimer and the glossary entry on tokenization.
